Get a Tight Stomach With These 3 Tricks
54For most people, the midsection is one of the first places you see weight gain, and one of the last places you see weight loss.
This is because your body has evolved to keep your vital organs warm and protected. But when it's summer and you're ready to show off your swimsuit bod, you care less about the warmth of your organs than you do that pudge around your waistline.
So how do you fight evolution and get a sleek, tight stomach? Here are some tips that you can do each day to keep carving out your abs and getting rid of belly fat.
Eat Nuts
How simple is that? Research shows that almonds and other nuts can actually help you build muscle and reduce your cravings.
Since as many as 25% of your calories each day come from indulgent food choices like baked goods and greasy snacks, decreasing the amount of food that your brain impulsively tells us that you want to eat can have a huge impact on your diet.
In addition, one of the best ways to stimulate your metabolism is by building muscle. By providing essential protein sources, nuts can help you build more muscle mass and burn more calories even while your body is at rest.
But make sure to have your nuts with their skins on as they contain antioxidants, vitamins and other nutrients that can fight heart disease, high blood pressure and even wrinkles.
Try a Supplement
It's a well known fact that the fat around your waist is often the most stubborn and can be nigh impossible to lose without some outside help.
Supplements that have been designed to increase your metabolisms and decrease your cravings have been proven to be an excellent way to boost your calorie deficit and lead to more fat tissue being broken down.
However, you must be careful that you buy a product that has been clinically proven to have safe and effective ingredients. With so many diet pills on the market that have been worthless or dangerous, it is important to do your research.
One weight loss pill, Apidexin, has been shown to boost your body's basal metabolic rate as well as interact with your body's signals to reduce your cravings, allowing you to eat less and burn more.
Eat Your Greens
Even though you might have resented it when your mother would say it to you, eating your vegetables, specifically the green ones, can have a huge impact on your abdominals.
Not only do they neutralize free radicals that can accelerate the aging process, but they have also been shown to fight obesity and osteoporosis.
Because leafy, green vegetables have so much water-soluble fiber in them, they expand as soon as they enter your digestive system, helping your body think that you are fuller with fewer calories.

I have to agree that low carb diets help promote ab development. I am a diabetic and that is what works for me. I also eat a lot of pecans.

The only way you will ever see those abs is to remove all of the fat between your skin and your muscle lol ... .And the best way to do that is on a Low-Carb or No-Carb diet ... Eating a diet high in Fat (yes saturdared, animal fat) and low in Carbs with protein intake in the middle, your body will convert from using carbs as energy to using fat as energy ! All at the same time keeping your lean muscle ! At the end of the day it is about calories, if you eat more then you burn then you wont lose any weight !
